The service is operated by Shachar Shapira Ltd., Company No. 516144656, 54 Ben Gefen St., Gedera 7044704, Israel.
The service
AGAT provides a digital experience for content, reflection and tarot readings with the assistance of AI technologies. The service may change, be updated or include new features from time to time.
Minimum age
The service is intended only for people aged 18 and over. We ask for your date of birth when you register, and you may be asked to confirm that you are at least 18 before using the site or a reading without an account. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may deactivate their account and delete the related information.
Not professional advice
The content and readings are intended for inspiration, reflection and entertainment and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Decisions with significant consequences should be made with the help of an appropriate qualified professional and remain the user's responsibility.
Crisis and distress
The service is not intended for crisis situations, mental distress, danger to life or violence, and is not a substitute for professional help. If you are having thoughts of harming yourself or others, or you are in danger, contact a qualified service right away: in Israel, ERAN 1201 (24/7) or emergency services at 101 (ambulance) / 100 (police); in the US, call or text 988 or dial 911; elsewhere, your local emergency number. When a question indicates such a situation, the service will not produce a reading and will refer you to support resources.
Account and security
When an account is required, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You may not use another person's account or allow unauthorized use of your account.
Permitted use
You may not use the service unlawfully, abusively or deceptively, in a way that infringes the rights of others, attempts to bypass security mechanisms or places an unusual burden on the system. We may restrict or suspend access in cases of misuse or risk to the service or its users.
Content you provide
You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to provide it. You do not transfer ownership of your content to us, but you allow AGAT to process it to the extent necessary to provide the service, keep the history you requested and operate account-related features.
Content and intellectual property
AGAT's design, text, software, branding and content materials are protected by applicable rights. They may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission, except for ordinary personal use of the service.
AI and accuracy of results
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or vary between uses. We do not guarantee that any particular result will be correct, complete or suitable for a specific purpose.
Paid services
AGAT currently offers reading packs for a one-time payment, as set out in the sections below. The price, the number of readings and the cancellation terms are shown before purchase. Any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, are not affected by these terms.
Reading packs: what you buy
A reading pack is a one-time purchase of a number of readings with an AI interpretation (15, 30 or 50 readings). It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge or automatic renewal. Prices are shown in ILS and include VAT. Purchase is currently available to users in Israel only.
When purchased readings are used
Purchased readings are used only after the account's free readings or the subscription's monthly allowance have been used up. A reading is deducted from the balance only when an interpretation is delivered. A reading that fails for a technical reason is not deducted.
How long purchased readings last
Purchased readings do not expire and carry over from month to month for as long as the account is active. Deleting the account, at the user's request or after no sign-in for 24 months, cancels the balance. Before deletion for inactivity, a notice is sent to the account's email address 30 days in advance; during that time you can sign in to keep the account, or ask for a refund of unused readings.
Payment
Payment is made by credit card through PayPlus, a licensed payment processor. Card details go directly to PayPlus and are not kept by AGAT. Readings are added to the account only once the payment is approved. A failed payment is not charged. If a charge was duplicated or wrong, the amount is refunded in full.
Cancellation and refunds
A reading pack purchase can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Readings not yet used are refunded in full, pro rata, to the card used for the payment, with no cancellation fee. Readings already used cannot be refunded, as they are a digital service already supplied. Send a cancellation request through the site's support page or by email, giving the account's email address. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the request, and the unused readings are then removed from the account.
Buying without signing up
Buying without signing up opens an account under the email address given at purchase, and the purchased readings are kept in it. Once the payment is approved, a link to choose a password is sent to that address. These terms and the privacy policy apply to the account.
Receipt and invoice
A receipt is sent to the account's email address immediately on payment. A tax invoice is issued within 14 days of the payment and sent to the same address.
Price changes and discontinuing the service
Price changes do not apply to packs already purchased. If the service is permanently discontinued, purchased readings not yet used are refunded pro rata.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the availability and security of the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, responsibility for use of the service and actions taken based on its content remains with the user.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGAT will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the service. If AGAT is held liable, its total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid AGAT in the six months before the event, and no more than ILS 500. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including under consumer protection law.
Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with AGAT's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which form part of the framework governing use of the service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of the service are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Central District of Israel – the Rehovot Magistrate's Court or the Central-Lod District Court, as applicable – have exclusive jurisdiction.
