Before You Explore the Cards
The complete tarot library—the Major Arcana and Minor Arcana together.
The modern tarot deck consists of 78 cards that together form a single language: 22 Major Arcana cards and 56 Minor Arcana cards. Each card brings a different perspective—an archetype, a life situation, an emotion, a thought, an action, or a practical process.
This page brings together foundational articles about the deck as a whole. From here, you can explore the full library or choose a more focused path, such as the Major Arcana, the Minor Arcana, or one of the four suits.
